Update 3: 8/21: Gave them one more try, no credit to use this time, ordered some wings, and two pizzas, they were 15 minutes late, then we realized they missed an entire pizza off of the order, so we had to wait there another 20 minutes.
Ordered online at 11am for a pickup of 415pm. Waited until 445pm at the building for them to finish my order. Asked for a discount or something from the wait, was told they can't do that. Well, I'm sorry, I can't spend my money here again.
I I eat there once a week small Stromboli lunch special with a pop $6 awesome they use fresh toppings and have nice customer service
Update: Owner called within 2 hours of posting this. Offered us a credit for what we spent when we were there. So I'll update this again when we use that in a week or two. For now, +2 stars for the response from the business.

The food is delicious! The owners are great and the managers and staff are very friendly. They are very accommodating, and if you have a request, they will go above and beyond to honor it. I highly recommend them, and will always be a loyal customer in Goodrich. :)
Papas pizza uses fresh ingredients. Everything is hand chopped and prepared...and it shows! You must try their off the wall pizzas, such as the green bean casserole and the chicken Alfredo- you'll be pleasantly surprised! Their desserts are a must try as well! My favorite the brownie!
In conclusion. Seems like the owner cares, but they just can't get it together. Will not be ordering from there again.

Update 2: 8/13: Used our credit, they went a little over the estimated time, but got our deep dish square pizza wrong, correct toppings, but came as a round, non deep dish. Decided to just accept it and move on with life. 3 stars at time of update.
